Memoryiit is a platform that allows users to create personalized memory pages. The service includes hosting the page and providing a unique link to access it.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload to Memoryiit. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of third parties.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the memory page has been created and the link has been sent.

Public and private memories

Every memory is active and visible only while the monthly subscription is active — there is no free active memory. By publishing a memory, you agree that its content (title, images, message) is visible to anyone with the link. You can cancel anytime; cancellation does not refund the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Memoryiit, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Memoryiit and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Memoryiit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
